These were sold in special gashapon (they make a gacha sound when you turn the wheel) machines. Each pack contains three cards of the same character (all Yuri, all Wolfram, etc). The packs are premade with two per character, so if you get both Yuri packs, you will have all six Yuri cards. Special packs were 1 in 6, also containing three prisms. (Prisms aren't mixed in, they're grouped just like the regulars.) These cards are very thick like the Rayearth Tomy cards, but completely transparent.
