Graphic design help needed (new logo, etc)

Hey, all! I need your help in designing the new, upgraded, and more than that, SHINY site.

I will consider commissioning images if you are good and are a professional (in the sense you can show me what you have done, can do it on a deadline, etc.).

Please feel free to use the images in the gallery.

I need:
Topic images: Ask Members, New Scans, New Feature, New Set Info, Tips and Tricks, Update.

Favicons are those little

Favicons are those little icons in the corner, right now I have 3 cards overlapping. It's really small, so it has to be simple, but card-ish.

The avatars can be anything anime related, people have a variety of tastes, so as long as it's not pornographic, 's OK. I'd just like to give everyone some options to start out with.

Feel free to play with the test site, by the way.

That sound interesting. ((Memo to me: no smiles)) I would love to do it, but sadly I am no professional, not even nearly so, I will just think for myself on something. ^^
Some things I would like to know and maybe others, too. I think that the design should be near that of the site, so which colours should be used, should the images be more serious or could they be funny, like with SD-figures or something.
I think I would love a stylish design with abstract design not so many colourful images.

I want fun, but low

I want fun, but low maintenance. So, avatars should go for any color.

I'd love chibis, I want something for the top and for the 404/403 that makes me laugh. Or at least smile.

With the logo, I don't know, but again, fun, light hearted, either a white background or transparent.

You could make avatars. :)
