The site owner is in charge of maintaining the website, fixing bugs, and creating new features. She also trains new admins, assigns donations to Gallery admins, and complains a lot! ;)
My name is Anisa! I own AnimeCards.Org (ACO for short.) I pay for all the hosting, I manage the site, I pretty much do almost everything around here except scan stuff. You do that. :)

I used to run a scans site (in Internet time, this was like in the Ice Age), but I quickly realized that a lot of people had the same scans. I didn't want to have the same scans as other people did, what a waste!

So I created ACO. I don't really know if ACO actually helps anyone. But I have really enjoyed making it. The contributions to the site have been amazing. YOU are amazing. So thank you. :)

Gallery Admins

Gallery admins receive donations through the site owner, change file names, gather set information, and upload sets (this is called processing :). They have permissions to create, edit, and delete albums. They also publish site news, and announce when new sets are uploaded.

HEAD ADMIN
The head admin is in charge of the Gallery overall (except for the lami section). In addition to processing scans, she also trains and instructs other admins.

Hallo my name, well my nickname around the web is akai_neko, you can find me also on ebay and a few other sites. I am from Germany, so my english is not the best, feel free to correct me if needed. ^^

I started to collect Anime Tcs after being an Anime/Manga Fan for some years already. I started being a fan during the time Sailor moon was on TV here, me being 12 or 13 and you could count the Manga releases in Germany on one hand. Well ten years later I am still a fan, but my interest have changed a bit, I no longer have time to watch every anime Fan Sub being released or read every Manga.

A few years ago I started to collect Anime Trading Cards beginning with some X Manga cards found on ebay and some packs of Angelique cards brought in Paris, which is the best town to shop for anime goods outside japan (they actually opened the first Manga Cafe outside Japan lately). Back then I found it hard to spent so much money to buy an entire box, but that changed over the time, too.^^

Well this hobby is damned expensive you should not start if you do not earn enough money, it is highly addictive (but at least it does not make you ill like smoking for example^^).

Some month ago I started an own homepage with some friends of mine who collected TCs at that time, too, but, because my skills in this field are awful and my friend has no more time to update the site it is still outdated.T-T But now you can find me here and instead of hosting all my Tc scans on my own site, I contribute them to ACO, which is not so stressful and the number of scans is quite unlimited and more people are going to see them here anyway.^^

So I am happy to help with this site, at least I am good at scanning and I am keeping the gallery neat.^^

LAMI ADMIN
The Lami Admin is, in addition to processing scans, in complete charge of the Lami Card section.
